The work

AI-native engineering

Make AI part of how your team delivers software.

Your engineers have AI tools. The next challenge is making them dependable across the software development lifecycle. InnerView AI helps engineering leaders connect AI assistance to real repositories, delivery workflows, and human decisions. We lead a focused implementation around one bottleneck, so your team has a working approach it can use, evaluate, and improve.

Where individual tools stop being enough

  • Code generation is faster, but review and rework still hold up delivery.
  • Engineers repeatedly supply the same project context, with inconsistent results.
  • Tests and review standards have not caught up with AI-assisted changes.

Start with work your team already needs to deliver. That might be implementing a change, reviewing code, or maintaining tests. It gives the workflow a concrete job and a meaningful way to judge progress.

What a focused engagement can deliver

  • A working AI-assisted workflow in your repository and toolchain, with relevant project context and clear responsibilities for engineers and agents.
  • Reusable examples, review rules, and automated checks for the selected work.
  • A comparison with the current workflow covering quality, effort, and where supervision remains necessary, plus documentation your engineers can carry forward.

Make the checks part of the workflow

We agree the task, baseline, and acceptance criteria before building. Changes are introduced in reviewable increments and checked against representative work. Before connecting tools, we agree which code and data may reach which services. Generated changes go through code review and automated tests in a separate test environment. Release approval, rollback, and monitoring responsibilities are agreed before deployment.

When this is a good fit

This work fits teams with a real delivery bottleneck, an accessible repository, and engineers who can help assess the results. It is less useful when the goal is simply to add AI seats or increase generated code without evaluating the work that ships.

Do we need to replace our existing tools?

Your current repository and toolchain are the starting point. Any proposed tool changes are considered within the agreed scope and data-access constraints.

Discuss your engineering workflow

Documentation and training needs are agreed as part of handoff. Ongoing maintenance or support is scoped separately.
